This vibrant blend of dried sea vegetables is a simple and delicious way to enjoy the natural umami of the ocean. Made by Yamachu, a long-established seaweed specialist in Oita, Japan, the mix includes four kinds of seaweed along with agar agar and white wood ear mushroom. Once rehydrated, the ingredients become soft and springy—perfect for salads, sunomono (vinegared dishes), soups, or as a garnish for sashimi and chilled tofu. How to Prepare:

Soak the desired amount in plenty of water for 5–10 minutes. Rinse and drain well. Ready to use.

The volume will expand to approximately 7–10 times its dried weight once reconstituted.
